Molecular Sieves


Molecular Sieves has very high adsorption capacity, and mechanical strength, and at the same timer very low attrition loss.  Its main application is in the purification of air in cryogenic plants.  However, it may be used favourably also in applications requiring stringent moisture and CO2 removal as well as for removal of larger molecules like mercaptans from gaseous streams.  Also useful for removal of H2S from gaseous streams, sweetening of Natural Gas, Process air drying of dew point less than (-) 60 Deg.C. for sulphonation plant.

Applications :  

Ü Simultaneous removal of Moisture & CO2 from feed air of Air Separation / Cryogenic Plant.
Ü Mercaptans removal from gaseous streams.
Ü Process air drying of dew point less than (-)60Deg.C. for sulphonation plant.
Ü Sweetening of Natural Gas.
Ü Removal of H2S from gaseous streams.
