Non-Return Valve: | ||
|
Air-Tech Non-Return Valve has a very low opening pressure and low differential for closing even at high operating pressure. The unit locks effectively in reverse directions at pressure differential as low as 0.1 Kg/Cm.Sq. The unit is equally efficient in operation while handling gases or fluids under pressure or vacuum. This valve is a self-aligning unit and hence can be mounted / fitted in any position. However horizontal position is more desirable. | |||

2 Way Inline Solenoid Operated Valve : | ||
|
These valve have an inlet and outlet port and it is operated by means of solenoid pilot pressure. These valve are used as shut off valves inlet open or block the airline. They are available with either normally colsed or normally open valve element. The normally colsed model blocks flow when its normal (deactuated) position and permits flow when it is actuated. The normally open model functions in the opposite way, permitting flow when in its normal position, blocking flow when actuated. | |||

Quick Exhaust Valve : | ||
|
Quick Exhaust Valve is designed to unload the system
very quickly. The valve is used in the pneumatic system to
increase the speed by providing immediate outlet to atmosphere of the air
exhausted from the cylinder. The valve is also used in the screw
compressor system to unload the system. A muffler will be fixed in
the outlet port to reduce the noise. The long life sysnthetic
rubber diaphragm is sensitive permitting extremely low operating
differential and none of the friction common to valves
using pistons. | |||
